Big Audio Problem on Krome

had some intermittend audio problems from the start with my Krome 88 but now

Bank A 0-5 don't play any sound, if I add the ARP and drum tracks I get the drums and some clicking sound.

Bank A 6-17 works intermittendly,

Bank A18 (analog kit) plays some intermittend drum samples
Bank A19 Nu R&B kit is playing white noise
Bank A20 (German Bright Grand) plays a few tones, then stops and throws white noise

... and so on...

Is this new Krome ready to go back?

Hi,
Unfortunately your unit has a serious data error. If is not very hard, try to contact your dealer or service dept. If you can, restore the sources. I will try to help you.
