I don't know exactly. But for many Korg keyboards, it once was:
Power On while holding down Enter + 0 key from 9-key pad.
You could try this. But note that if it works, it will erase everything in the memory, you will have all banks filled with INIT programs and Combis. You must then reload the factory data or your own data.
