freeze problem any advice?

hey

i have pa800 and he freeze all the time (every couple minutes) only keyboard work.

want i did is full format and reload 2.0.2 and it's the same, i also format the internal sd,

sometimes when i turn on the keyboard its stuck on pa800 logo on startup
also when i move out the usb stick

If you are confident to open it up, then you could check that everything is "seated" firmly (RAM/HDD/SD)
Other than that, I would get a Korg service centre to check it out.

Sorry to call you by that name if that isnt cuz thats all what you have on your thread.

So, what I am interested to know is whether this problem to your Pa800 was fixed or not? Moreover, if it has, then what did you do to have it fixed? Im also having the same freezing issue and yet to update the OS, but since you have done it and it didnt work, Im having doubts about my Pa800's recovery from this, even though I will update my Pa800 over this weekend.

The problem was fixed, the cable that was connected to the main board not seated ok, so i
Push the cable back
