Am I crazy but can I use my headphones to monitor myself when I am playing if there is a patch cord out of L/Mono and R to the main board? The outputs for Individ.1-4 do not work for headphones without a mixer.
I do not see a headphone jack for this board. What am I overlooking?

Headphone Jack is located left FRONT of board just below the joystick.
It is true stereo (TRS) and you can get adapters that will take it from 1/4" down to the the iPhone/iPod standard earbud size phono jack.
For what it's worth, the outputs on the back will not give you stereo feed. Left/Mono gives you only a summed signal (L+R) in a mono format; one ear of your phones works, the other doesn't.
