Where to report a possible bug?

I discovered that the slowest speed setting of the U-Vibe effect in the Krome is still 1.00 (one cycle a second, which is mostly too fast for my taste), instead of one cycle every 10 seconds (0.10, like it says in the Parameter Guide). It's not corrected with the latest update. But I'm not sure where at Korg I could report a possible bug. Does someone here, knows? Thanks in advance! BTW, does anyone know an (easy) workaround until it is fixed?

Edit: Found a temporary workaround in using the dynamic modulation parameter of the speed setting and assigned one of the 4 control knobs to it, and set the amount to -5.00.
