kaossilator pro :problem with program BPM control

Hi there,
I have a problem with my new kaossilator pro.
My program BPM control is changing the program descending (don’t go upper). So if I trun on right or left the numbers always go down.
The wheel looks ok. It is new and yesterday works fine. I think is something related with the configuration.
Any idea will be very usefull.

I have a brand new Kaossilator Pro Plus.

When I turn the Program selector knob, I keep cycling through about 5 or 6 sounds.

I have no idea how to access all 250 programs. I can't believe there's no way to just type in a program number.
