Transferring patches via sysex to Z1 via SysexLibrarian

I used to make this work, but now I can't figure out what's wrong. I am using SysexLibrarian on my iMac (latest OS etc) to transfer patches from and to my beautiful Korg Z1. I am using a cheap MIDI-USB cable to connect my Z1 to my USB hub which goes into my iMac. (For performing, MIDI etc. works fine). This is my problem: I can transfer a patch from the Z1 (MIDI/SysexXmit/SingleProg 000 etc) to the SysexLibrarian, but not the other way. There is no reaction in the Z1 when transferring (the scrollbar in SysexLibrarian is moving and finishing), and the new patch do not show up in the Z1 display. I have checked cables, settings etc., but it just doesn't work. Any suggestions?

By the way, is there any Mac editor for the Z1 still working?
