Help Deleted Voice

Hi, I have just bought a triton Le only to find the previous owner has deleted the default sound 000 Layard Ballard.

I have tried to restore to factory setting but nothing seems to restore this voice. Does anybody know how to do this please?

Well I just found out the LE88 doesn't have that particular sound. Any chance anybody might like to save the layed Ballard 000 from bank A for me. I will cover any expenses.
