iElectribe start/stop sync Loopy HD

There is any way to disable the start/stop midi sync from iElectribe?
It work perfectly with external controller and with the midi sync but when I change song in Loopy HD the iElectribe stop automatically. This is frustrating when played in live performance because the music quit for the time of loading the new samples in Loopy Hd and press again the play button. This is maybe caused by the iElectribe setted in slave. The issue doesn't change if I set the Fruity HD with external clock from iElectribe and is even worst because it double the BPM time.
Please guys, I need your help!!
