triton le knob weird problem

Hello guys, its been a while since i post

I am having a weird problem with my triton le

yesterday the knob 4 of the assignable controls stopped working (the one who controls the tembo in the C row of the select button)

but since then the knob 3 controls the tempo and the velocity simultaneously.
That happens in all row's A and B also, p.x. knob 3 controls both EG - intensity and release simultaneously.

Any ideas?

If the knob 4 was broken its ok

but why knob 3 took both functions?

i dont see nothing in the manual that indicates it, and i know all functions of my triton le , and that cant happened, at least with the C section that is not programmable by user and produces standard functions


Also when that happened, i lost simultaneously the backlit light of the screen, the matrix works but no light on the screen any more?

is there a connection to the problems? or is it a co-insident?

tried reloading the latest firmware, tried diagnostic check (power on +enter + record) and the le passes it.
