Editing style volume
Probably a basic question, but...
I have a style that I want to edit the volume and sound for an individual track (like the drum track).
I open the record menu and make my edits, and then save it, but somehow, the volume doesn't "stick" and actually save.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks!

You don't have to go to record mode. Just change volumes of the tracks in style play mode and use 'write current style settings' in the pull down menu that you can open by touching the arrow in the top right corner. This will save everthing, including volume, tempo, and which intro, variation to start with.
If you change volume or any other parameters of real time tracks, you use 'write single touch settings' instead.

Yes, but you have to program the chord progression for the Guitar track to match whatever chord progression you're recording.drez4329 wrote:Hi,
Wondering if anyone can shed any light, I am creating styles and would like to make an intro for a song but don't want to actually have to play the chords whilst performing (in order to free up both hands), is it possible to use guitar mode even when making a chord progression?
I don't know if there are any official tutorials from Korg or anybody else on this. I put some videos together on programming chord progression for tracks that use Guitar mode. Also, we have a lengthy discussion on this particular subject a while ago on this forum. You just have to find that thread.

"Importing a Midi file from an external sequencer using Markers: Part 2" video seems a bit short.
