Questions about the TR-rack

Post by Necroticus »

Hey all, I've never used a sound module before. I've been using VSTis, but my laptop is too unreliable so now I want a decent module. I use 2 very basic m-audio midi controllers, and I want to know if I can plug them both into the TR-rack, use different patches on each controller, send program/bank change and other midi messages from each keyboard.

Also, does anyone know where I can hear samples of its patches? All I really need to hear are the strings, choirs, harpsichord, pipe organ, and piano.

Thanks a lot!

You only have one MIDI IN port in TR-Rack, so without an external MIDI merger, you will have to use only one controller.
