New PCM samples not updating

I have a krome 61. After updating with 1.03 OS it stopped detecting all PCM samples other than factory loaded. neither the "option PCM bank updating" happens when restarted with SD card loaded. I even tried factory reset but was of not much help. Can anybody help?
