Half Damping Pedal Question

Hello all! I just got my first ever stage piano, it's a second hand SV1 and I love it. It didn't come with the original half damping pedal so I tried a newer KORG half damping pedal. It doesn't work. Is the DS-2H the only pedal that will work?

There does seem to be some evidence (http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/ ... 5852020735)
that the DS-1H pedal does not work with the SV-1.

And I don't think the DS-2H pedal is sold separately.

If you manage to find a pedal that works and supports half-damping, then please let us know.

Hi Paul, you are right. I went and tried every half dampening pedal I could find today and had two dealers try get the correct one from the South African distributor. They've never seen one lose before. I have put in a special order to have one shipped in. Let's see how it goes.
