Audio Issues with Kronos

I just purchased a new Audio Interface a Focusrite Scarlett and it comes with software called Scarlett mix control. I am recording to Logic Pro X and cannot get it to record audio. I have no issues with MIDI but I watched all their tutorials, I checked the global settings on the Kronos. Anyone have this issue?

I think it has more to do with the Audio interface rather than the Kronos but I am trying every avenue.

I would say audition the Kronos with headphones and if you can hear the performance just patch the headphones directly to the Scarlett and see what happens from there.
Best of luck

Sorry to ask the obvious question.... Have you made sure that the interface is definitely setup in audio preferences in Logic?
I'm using the same interface.
Ever since I updated to Mavericks on my IMac, the interface randomly disconnects when using Logic Pro X. This particular problem is a known issue to Focusrite
All the best

Thanks cynkh but I can hear the Kronos with my headphones without an issue.

When I changed out from the Scarlett 2i4 to the 18i20 I just swapped out the plugs connection to connection and I made the setup adjustments and all is well with the exception of the Kronos audio. The MIDI works without a hitch but no audio. My only thing I have yet to try is swapping inputs.

Are you saying you haven't uninstalled the 2i4 drivers and installed new drivers for the 18i20? If this is the case I think maybe you need to take these steps?

As someone else mentioned, did you set up the audio preference in Logic to that audio interface?.....moon

I did install the 18i20 driver but did not uninstall the 2i4 driver. I figured I did not need to uninstall the existing driver.

You don't need to uninstall the driver.. But it won't do any harm either!
On PC you should find something under Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel if it's removable (on later Windows it's called Programs and Features)

Thanks X I have a Mac and they seem to hide certain files and in this case drivers.

Try looking here:
Library > Audio > MIDI Drivers
That is from the library on your startup disk but you can also check the same path from your user directory. Also see if they have an uninstall option with the driver itself, that is cleaner if you can.
