Breath Controller that fits both kronos usb and kurzweil
Hi all
Can anyone recommend a wind controller that fits both the kronos and kurzweil keyboards? Do wind controllers have optional connectors?
Thanks

150 Euro

350 $
Or a used Yamaha BC3a (they go for more than 300 $ on ebay if you are lucky enough to find one and don't mind putting something in your mouth that someone else did before) and then you still need a MIDI Solutions converter box for 199 $

However, I meant something that I could play - like a flute - a wind controller with wind instrument fingering to control some sounds on my kronos and kurzweil, if that makes sense. Thanks

I believe something like the Yamaha WX5 has standard MIDI out so that would go directly into either keyboard.PCFREE wrote:Thanks very much for your reply!carlotta wrote:PCFREE wrote:Hi all

I plan to play lead, brass, woodwind sounds hopefully to obtain more natural, expressive phrases. I'm a flute player primarilycarlotta wrote:OK, no problem! How do you plan to use it?PCFREE wrote:Just realised I'm using the wrong terminology!!
I meant to type wind controller in the description, sorry for the confusion! I'm tempted to go for the Akai EWI-4000s
Check this thread, there is useful information and some nice videos:PCFREE wrote:I plan to play lead, brass, woodwind sounds hopefully to obtain more natural, expressive phrases. I'm a flute player primarily
