Korg X50 Starting system

Hello,
i would like to ask you for advice.
When I start the keyboard, it says "Starting system" and black and white background. I can play the sounds, if i change it, but i cant see, which sound i am playing...
You can see the picture.
Version is 1.4
I really have no idea, what i can do...
Could be a problem updating the firmware? or How can i downgrade to 1.0.0?

a little spider came crawling out of my X50 keyboard once. and then again a week later!!! same one i think, but it may have been a family.
but the instrument works fine.
i'm sorry yours is having that kind of trouble.
