The main knob of the sounds (bass, vocoder, leads..etc) only allows to select the middle of the sounds and the arppeggiator and 3 and 7 buttons don´t work. I can´t preload the R·3 because the preload button is the 7.
Any idea o solution?

The solution is to get the keyboard fixed by an authorized service center. Someone probably spilled liquid into the buttons. A workaround is to connect the keyboard via USB to a computer using the editor/librarian software. The software lets you load anything you want without using the button on the keyboard. You could control everything from the software too. The computer doesn't need to be very powerful. A cheap netbook computer would work.
