PCG Tools for Korg X-50 / microX

Maybe some of you heard of PCG Tools ... it is a free librarian (and more) application for Korg synthesizers. You can read more information about it at: http://pcgtools.mkspace.nl.

I'm checking the interest to support other synths and the the synth of this thread comes into my mind.

So my question is: Would you be interested in this application supporting your synth?

Of course, that would be great. Although it does work for X50 even now

I think it works because Triton PCG files can be used on the X50, but as far as I can remember there is also some specific X50 format.

PCG Tools 2.1.0

A new version of PCG Tools is released today, see http://pcgtools.mkspace.nl
Except for small improvements regarding the patch list and difference list, the layout of the list generator and several bug fixes (especially for the Korg Kross), a lot of synths are supported in addition to the already supported.

From now on all users who have a synth from the Korg M1 series, M3R, 03R/W, 01/W series, T series and Z1 series can use PCG Tools.

Turkish language is added (thanks to Umut Erhan). A detune column is added to the combi timbres and several bug fixes and link fixes.

got a message from an X50 PCG Tools user, that it does not work together well (meaning all combis have their program reference numbers always 000, like A000, B000 etc. Can any X50 user confirm this?

Maybe it's the network here, it's quite secured ... I will try at home later today. Thanks for retrying, I will let you know later. And make an official warning about this problem, but I'm afraid I cannot do much about it for now or without extensive analysis.

I could download the files you sent, thanks again.

And I indeed noticed all program indexes from timbres in combis are ending with 000... It looks like the editor is saving them on a non-normal place.

Btw, is the editor capable of converting to different kind of models? (like Karma, Triton LE etc)?
