I think it's a different guy this time. Or his hair's grown, and his English is better.

Limited run shipping this Summer. Beautiful synth, bet it costs an arm and a leg.

The price will be a real problem.

On the other hand, let's face it: this synth simply sounds better than all available software synths on you computers will ever do in the next years.
Kronos 73 - Moog Voyager RME - Moog LP TE - Behringer Model D - Prophet 6 - Roland Jupiter Xm - Rhodes Stage 73 Mk I - Elektron Analog Rytm MkII - Roland TR-6s - Cubase 12 Pro + Groove Agent 5

I bet Vangelis will get one. Jarre, and Zimmer too, et al. They wont need to ask the price!

Он его уже лет пять показывает, а в серию никак не запустит, хотя оно и понятно - €20 000 озвучивал как-то

It's still an awesome synth, but I doubt he will make/many. It is, however, nice to dream, and setting a standard this high is inspiring to musicians and synth developers.

Wonderful synth hobbist I agree. But he wheels this out every year and has no other business plan or model. What's he looking for - a medal?

Some people do not care about market share and have huge profits. They want to make something best of the best what human can possibly do and this is true happines for them but not having a big bank account like some others do...

And i really do respect such people who try to do the best of the best what human can possible do,make or create!!!

Because i think nobody is helping him right now and he does awrything by himself at home.
Even Moog probably has atlist 100 people working on one synth.
I remember in his older interviews he also seid that he have to find and get parts from different places privatly, because he is not a company which have it's sapplie chains.

He is not alone anymore. The german distributer for Moog synths has helped him develop his prototype into a product. Mr. Zimmer already got the first Schmidt synth afaik.
But I doubt he will produce more than 100 of this nice monster. Would love to play for some time on it and pay a fee for that. Maybe synth sharing/leasing is an idea?
