No I am afraid the defect may have occurred in the motherboard itself.
If you cant have display on the secondary panel, chances are the main board defect. If CCFL tubes are burned, the LCD should be ON and if you can throw some light with a torch to the LCD, you should see the menu and fonts etc in dark state but still visible, If this is the case, then your CCFL are gone and you need not to worry as they cost very low to replace.
-thanks
I will write or else start a topic to place a mini computer's cpu fan inside the keyboard to cool the main board thus avoiding any damage which may have been caused by over heating...

The problem looks like its from the LCD driver Video board, although its not the main motherboard but it does has connection with it. so without proper investigation I cant say exactly where the problem might be. usually the voltage regulator for the video board dies, if that is the case, you are safe. otherwise you have to change the entire board.
The Korg repair shop doesnt go in minute details to diagnose or correct the problem, rather they change the whole board which is time saving and easy.
-thanks
Another thing is that find a way through buttons to enable video out, maybe its turned off from the menu, also set proper frequency 50/60 Hz. for the output panel. Look in the manual for help to configure it. If that works, your LCD unit itself is faulty, and may need to only change that.
