Automation in Pro Tools

I'm using a moog lead as a preset and will be using my left hand on the joystick for modulation but I want certain parts to have low and high intensity as well. My left hand is not quick enough to do both task. Is it possible to automate the cut off/intensity filters from the m50 inside of say Pro Tools?
Windows 7 64 bit.

Motif6, Motif XS7, Roland Fantom G6, Korg M50.

Is it possible to automate preset filters inside Pro Tools?
Windows 7 64 bit.
