high blood pressure

Ok, I'm tired all the time, and I fainted at work. I have consulted with the doctor and he said my blood pressure is normal on the low side but I don’t know the exact reading. My doctor seems to have no fear, but I don’t want to be tired all the time. I've had taken blood tests but there is nothing wrong. But I am quite scared of it. How can I control my blood pressure?
