Can you assign a MIDI start stop on the KP3/KP3+?

Hi

Is it possible to assign MIDI Start/ stop of the tempo when set to internal clock?

I am trying to sync my modular MIDI out of KP3+ to a Midi /Clock divider into the Modular but it doesnt send a clock becuase there is no Start Stop option.
I can do this on my Electro Harmonix 45000 as it has a play /stop button and would love to do the same on the KP3+.

Really appreciate any help.
