Can't Connect Kross to PC

Hi guys, recently i have a problem with my Kross 61. i have installed all drivers USA_DrvTools_e(1.14_r9), the USB_MIDIDriver_PC and the kross editor in windows 7 home premium 32 bits. i connect My kross to the laptop, and the kross editor don't recognize it, at the same way the cubase sx3 also don't recognize it... (i connect it by USB)
Please Help i don't know what to do...

unistall all korg pc editor and usb tools.. restart pc.. right click on korg kross editor installer.. run as administrator.
