Key clicking

Hi
Yes several keys
With a headphone it's not a real problem but without it's painful.
I've also an old Roland Juno 60 with lignt keys and all of them are really loudly "clicking" and I was almost used to that but with the Krome 88 and its heavy keys I'm now playing more piano sounds and the light clicking is painful for me.
I've spent long time to evaluate the kronos when it comes out and since I've read many complaints about the keys (the first model) I've finally chosen to avoid it for the krome (which I believe was using the Korg SP250 keybed that I've successfully tested in a shop) and welll ... (small) keys problem arrives. Damned !
BTW for the first kronos Korg finally has made available some keybed part unit to replace the original one but I did not see anything like this for the krome. There were apparently less complaints also for the krome.
The "repair" (4 weeks... ) did not really change the problem. Some key were fixed but other ones start clicking...
I recall perfectly that when I've received the brand new board initialy there were no clicking at all. The problem start a few weeks later (with a very low use) which makes me believe it's perhaps a build conception problem for the keybed part used in the krome 88.
But still the krome is an outstanding affordable instrument with a great interface and great sounds. So I'll keep it for now.
