If you start Cubase before you turn on the Pa3X, this is the message you get or the Korg USB driver is not installed properly or the wrong one.

What version of Windows are you using?

When you go to the Control Panel, do you see the Korg driver like this:

Also this - while in Control Panel, if you see the Korg driver, click on it and make sure "BOTH" is selected there.

How about the USB cable?

Are you using a USB A/B cable plugged into the back of the keyboard?

The correct cable is same as used for Printers.

Which version of windows are you running?

I am running Win 7(64) and have had zero problems.

Your problem is not with the Pa3X.

I would change some of the settings you have in the Pa3X, but these do not have any affect on weather Cubase can see the Pa3X or not.

If you don't see the KORG Driver in the Windows Control Panel, then the problem is with the driver or Windows.

The only thing needed to connect with Cubase are a keyboard that is USB MIDI Capable or use a USB to MIDI cables converter, USB cable connected between the keyboard and PC, installed working USB driver from Korg, Windows and Cubase.

As I pointed out in a previous post above, if you see the Korg driver in the Control Panel, click on it and in the pop-up select both 32 and 64 bit - I only say this to eliminate any other possibility.
