Hi all
I have a couple of problems with my O 88 as it's growing older.
An F key up the treble end keeps popping up at the back and not triggering as a result, but a simple press down at the back of the key puts it back in place.
Two of the pads below the screen no longer trigger, and another seems to be stuck "on" as the last patch loaded plays a chord on boot.
Anyone else had these kind of problems or can suggest a fix please? I'm not averse to taking my bib baby to pieces, having had to replace the clock battery already.

It's awhile ago you posted this, so I hope you might still read this. I don't get around to checking the forums on discontinued products perhaps as much as I should, but there's only so much time in the day.
The problem with the pads sounds like it might be corrected with a "Calibrate Pads" option from the Global Page Menu Command button.
The key problem I can't comment on; perhaps opening it up and playing around might suggest a fix. Also, a repair journey might be an option.

Hi Stephen
Thanks very much for the reply - I'll give that a go first recalibrating the pads.
I've changed the CMOS battery in my O so been brave enough once already to open her up, so I'll see what I find.
Thanks again,
