Has anyone had any issue with the Korg Taktile XY pad?
I am not able to get CC data from it properly... it tries to send ON/OFF for one of the axises... rather than CC controller from both - it sends one as ON/OFF and the other as CC whatever # I assign it... any ideas here?
I am using with LogicProX and I figured out removing the pre-built controller set up they offer ( which causes it to go into Native Mode ) is the best way to use this thing.... otherwise the faders are all forced to be mixer controls only...and the XY pad just vanishes for use!
So putting it back into regular MIDI mode made it more useful for mapping to synths....
anyone else using Korg Taktile here with LogicProX?

touching causes first midi parameter
It looks like the Taktile maps 3 CC to the XY pad - which sucks for sending controller data... the first CC is an ON/OFF parameter!
so if you are trying to map to something interesting on the synth... your touching of the XY pad leads to an ONOFF switch - and avoids getting to the XY pad assignments.... duh...
and - if I remove the TOUCH to no assign - it seems to remove the XY pad completely??
