Korg Kronos Demo: Combi Gods Bathtub V2.0 QR

Post by QuiRobinez »

Who remembered that great combi on the original Korg KARMA (the red one) called Gods Bathtub? It was one of the best combis of that synth. I've recreated it on the Korg Kronos and it's based on the original combi from the Korg KARMA, i've modified it to my personal taste to have more performance possibilities then just the pad sound.

It's called Gods Bathtub V2.0 QR and this demo shows the various elements in the combi, the KARMA programming, and the extra sounds.

Beautiful Qui .Sounds like that are why i got a Kronos.I would like to produce a sound such as that and play my Native American Flutes. It appears you were playing every thing live with your left and right hands,in your piece was there any sequencing . Crow Feather :D

Qui, this combi is great! I could not find it on your website...is it available either free or for purchase?

Thanks.

Yes, almost all my videos are played live with the kronos without sequencing. In this case i'm playing a Combi where i programmed KARMA to do the background sounds based on the root note and Chord i'm playing.

It's not available yet, most people probably noticed that i hardly make any statements about future sound sets. The main reason is that i had a lot of other projects that took much more time then i foresaw so i had to delay the kronos sound sets. That doesn't mean they are canceled. Actually in the last 6 months i worked really hard on several new things for the kronos and these will be available this year.

Hi

Very good demo, fantastic sound and performance - as always we can expect from anything you play or create.

P.S
You played like your Dutch team on Mundial in Brazil in their first game !
:)

4 reasons i will never get rid of my Kronos  :-

1. Awesome sounds
2. Awesome features
3. KARMA
4. Qui Robinez

Nice one Qui - I remember "Gods Bathtub" from my Red Karma days.
I have all your Kronos work and it is all truly inspirational.
