Is there a "simple" way to program a key change(s) using SW1 and/or SW2?
If there's not a simple way, I'd appreciate help with how it can be done.
Thanks.

hi jggiano,
1.Select the program you want
2. Press Page
3. Tap on P2 OSC/Pitch
4. Go to the pitch tab or tabs if you have 2 oscilators
5. The first section "Pitch" on the right side you have AMS, you can set that to sw1 or sw2 and set the intensity, meaning how many semitones it goes up or down, max is 12.
Hope this helps

thanks Enri,
I was thinking along the lines of the Kurzweil--that has 2 buttons--one for transposing UP one KEY and the other to transpose DOWN one KEY change. Eg: Playing a song in the Key of C, press UP button and you are playing in the key of C#/Db.
I could save the new program according to your instructions, and then save a group of that Program sound in various keys; then use the + / - buttons to switch between the programs if they are set up (PCG Tools)--in a sequential order.
Thanks again.

All correct as far as I can see.
Korg's never put a transpose button on their flagship synths as far back as I can remember (M1) so it's no surprise that the Krome lacks one.
You've hit on the only good solution - save a transposed program.
Another way to do this would be with pitch-bend and AMS for one of the switches. I believe tha you have the option to freeze the pitch bend using a switch (I know for certain the freeze mode works with modulation as there are several programs where this is a feature; namely, the ability to snapshot the controller and freeze it in it's "current" position.
If you set up PB range to be +/- 2 (full step) then you could pitch bend and then push (e.g.) switch 2 freezing the bend at the top or bottom of its range, at which point you'd be transposed up or down one full key.
In doing it this way it takes either a lot of practice, or two hands and you'd need to stop playing in order to NOT hear a bend up or down while you're setting up the transposition. The advantage is that the drum track or arp pattern can also be set up to follow or not depending on the behavior you want to produce.
