This has happened three times now while I'm working on a sequence. I'm familiar with the locator and how it works.. selecting measure, FF, RW...etc.. but right in the heat of the moment the locator has reset to measure 01:00:00 and will not allow me to select a different setting. If I manually punch in a number or turn the wheel to another measure it just immediately resets to 01:00.
A restart of the Kronos will solve the issue but that is a major pain when in the middle of a project!
Anyone know of a fix or have an idea what I might be doing to cause this?

By any chance are you using the Auto Punch In (on the SEQ Preference screen) before or when this happens? If so, try switching it back to overdub or overwrite recording to see if the Locate function returns. I say this because Locate doesn't seem to work on my M3 when I record with Auto Punch In selected, with the range of measures that differ from the Locate setting.
Also, you could try using the shortcut to set/reset the locate position. At the measure you want to set Locate to, hold down the Enter switch and then press the Locate switch.
