Unfortunately, RPPR only works in Sequencer mode. If you want a simple click for programs & combis, you can use either the drum track or KARMA.
If you want to keep the click you created as an RPPR pattern, you can convert that RPPR pattern to a drum track user pattern. Use the Convert to Drum Track Pattern command. See page 655 in the Parameter Guide for details. Once converted you can use it in your programs & combis. Otherwise you can choose to use the preset drum track patterns Metronome 1 (P418) and Metronome 2 (P419).
