Joystick to Control CC#11 Expression

I have a tricky situation trying to model an Ethnic Greek Clarinet on the M50. It seems there are many patches for the Pa series but not for this keyboard. One of the things I can't figure out is how to assign the "Down" joystick to control Midi CC#11 Expression. If anyone knows how to do this I would appreciate the help!

P.S. If anyone has some great ethnic clarinet or violin sounds, I would love to get my hands on them!
