Sequencer freezing

Hi
I'm thinking about buying a kronos 88
The problem is when the keyboard is put into sequencer mode the keyboard freezes and becomes non responsive .
Can this be resolved by resetting it to factory presets using DVDs?
Also keyboard doesn't come with DVDs so can these be bought or downloaded from korg?
I own an sv1 which I think is great-especially electric pianos -but need something more versatile.

That's just how the kronos iis im afraid.

I use the sequencer a lot and it has frozen on me various times and is a constant among kronos users who use the sequencer heavily.

It's just a horrible OS.
