If you haven't already I suggest watching Qui's excellent tutorials one does cover modifying Karma like an arp. You may have already done this but if not it couldn't hurt.

Presume this a program and not a combi? If so, on the KARMA GE page, try moving Slider 5 Note Range all the way up to a KARMA value of 400 (this will be a "slider value" of 127 most likely).

If you're in a combi, then you're going to have to switch to the module that the arp is on using the Module Control button, and then move slider 5.

For reference on the KARMA values as they apply to octave settings:

100 = one octave
200 = two octaves
300 = three octaves
400 = four octaves
