Changing program effects using midi from a DAW (Cubase 5)

Using Cubase5 and at last have managed to get it working so I can select programs for each track from Cubase with my Triton rack which has sat gathering dust for a few years. I have the Rack is multi mode.

Next step - how do I alter the effects of individual programs using midi - what controllers control which effects - mainly just need to add reverb amount
