SDD3000 bug !!! it doesnt read the current cc value after pc

please you korg-engeniers...that´s a bug!!! i need to step on my expression pedal after every single program change to get the right cc value (at that moment active expression pedal value)...

i´m using my expr. pedal (plus volume at the same time) that way, that i leave it in a position about 2/3 up for my rhythm sounds...when i got to solo, i go to 100%...now when i change presets - both presets in rhythm (2/3) position, the delay doesn´t recall the 2/3 setting, but goes to 100% (i think)...so if i want the rhythm delay value i need to touch the pedal to come back to the current cc value...

that´s incredible...if i need to step on the pedal after every pc, i don´t want to use that pedal anymore...

so please...i´m begging for a firmware upgrade to fix this bug...please!!!
