Hello,
i have installed a second SSD in my Kronos 61 (Samsung Evo830 256GB). That works fine.
To save disk space on the original 30GB SSD i have moved the saxpack (about 5GB of sample material) to the second SSD.
Unfortunately I had to realize, that then the virtual memory support probably doesn't for a second SSD, the saxpack samples
no longer plays("Samples not loaded"). I've set the saxpack samples in Global->KSC Autoload to VirtualMemory. On the original 30GB it worked but now not anymore.
Does Someone knows a solution?
Can Kronos use virtual memory from 2nd SSD?

That's OK for a custom or a freeware sound package where installation is not required , you can copy there all resources.
But the concept of expanding the Kronos first generation 30 Gb boot SSD space with a second SSD won't work positively
in case you want to install large commercial EXs Libraries that will be installed by default only in your small 30 Gb Boot SSD ...
You all already know 3 EXs libraries that will run out of space that actual 27 Gb boot SSD !

Actually, EXs libraries can be installed on either the first or second internal SSDs. If a second SSD is installed, a parameter will appear during installation, allowing you to select which drive to use for the install.AntonySharmman wrote:That's OK for a custom or a freeware sound package where installation is not required , you can copy there all resources.

Very Nice , valuable information , thanks ...
But Where Bin files of samples would be installed ? 'cause the issue I referred to , was for small size boot SSD !
Surely I'm not talking about .KSC path reference file that can be copied everywhere , but for the actual GBs of every EXs.
