Global button stopped working

I've had my Korg X50 for 5 or 6 years. Just a few weeks ago the global button stopped working - nothing happens when I push it. The keyboard stays in whatever mode it was in before pushing it (Combi or Program). I only used it for transposing in the past, but now I can't. Is there a work-around, or a fix for this?

I have a similar problem:

All PROGRAM buttons are not responding, and all COMBINATION buttons lead to combi C-127...

Anyone else had this experience? How did you fix this? Thanks in advance!

In follow-up to the original post, my Global button has occasionally worked recently. There seems to be no consitency with when it does or doesn't. In my case, I was thankful that it worked for a gig and rehearsal at home prior to the event. However, since then, it has not worked for other home rehearsals. I feel for you that all you can get is C-127. Have you tried plugging it into a different power supply (meaning plug it in at someone else's house or a different location than currently tried)? Maybe we are the only KORG X50 owners with these problems, lol! I guess we got the lemons...
