Pa900 - Performance vs. Song Book

Post by subhap »

I noted when I save or recall a saved Performance, the Style variation does not change. For example, let's say I want to save a performance, and I want the Style variation to be set to Var1. Then I briefly stop, and recall another performance which would change the musical instruments, and in this case the style is same, but it would be Var3. How do I enable that in performance?

I also studied Songbook, it looks like the Songbook can save the Style Var settings as well. Should I be relying more on Songbook than performance?

If so, what is the difference between Songbook and Performance?

Thank you

Songbook is very powerful function. Just read the user manual, everything is explained.
