Samples playing back at VERY low volume without FX on...

Hey Guys,

My partner was using her sampler... and she potentially changed a particular setting that I am currently unable to locate...

Samples play back at a VERY low volume without FX on... but when FX are switched on for that particular sample that play back as per usual...

Any ideas?
