Hi
I have struggled to connect my Korg PA 80 to Ableton on my laptop. I have bought a generic MIDI/USB cable and its not working. I am not sure if its the cable that is not working or if the keyboard is not compatible.
Has anyone had any experience with this?

MIDI/USB cable in order to work must have driver install on PC.
Check in device manger if your computer is recognize cable, also always connect MIDI/USB cable first before start Ableton, for some reason is better that way, at least what they say it.
I wish you luck, but this kind of cable is not always working as they supposed to.
