Volca Bass missing notes in ableton

i have a problem Connecting my Volca Bass with Ableton live, i use a midi out from a generic usb-midi interface(works ok), to the Volca, and it sounds somehow, it tracks the note ok, but if i put the note at the beggining of the loop, the sounds cuts out, when i move a little the note it doesnt has this problem.

I read somewhere the midi has 4 modes, in the CC 127 you can turn the poly on, because in the volca beats i´m having the same problem, i can´t put two sounds at the same time, it just cancels the sound.

Someone had a similar problem?
