JS -Y modulates pitch. Where to set this?

Post by PlasticLoveDoll »

A synth bass patch on my M3, when I pull the joystick down (South I mean, towards me, not to the left for normal pitch bend) modulates up an octave. I really love this!, and want to set others like it. I've searched, but can't seem to find the page that sets this parameter. Can you tell me where it is?

Thank you for any replies.

On the OSC Pitch tabs, set the Pitch AMS to JS -Y, and the amount to +12.00.

Any easy way to do that for all patches in a combi? Without changing program settings.

Right on Stephen! Thank you. I'll try this when I get home. What I would like to do actually, is set it to modulate +12. when I go up, JS+Y. I'll try that too.

It's a really cool feature in my opinion; let's you set up a pitch bend parameter other than the normal joystick left and right. Also, you can do this really slow and it sounds wild.
