view screen in sunlight
When we play outside in daylight, or under bright stage lights the view screen gets very hard to see. I rely on the set list heavily. any suggestions?

I made a little card board cover that I tape down over my screen. It;s not perfect but it works somewhat. I have to fiddle with it to get the right angle.
If music is the food of love, play on and play loud!
Gear: Kronos 73, Wavestation EX, Polysix, King Korg, Monotron and Monotron Duo, Minikorg, Moog Grandmother, my very old MiniKorg, 4 acoustic and 9 electric guitars, 1 Ibanez 5 string bass, a Steel guitar, a bunch of microphones, 2 pairs of studio monitors and other very cool toys, 1 wife and 4 cats and a lava lamp!

I did something very similar - I wasn't prepared, so I had to craft something on the fly out of black Gaffe tape and a battery package....did the trick, though.jeremykeys wrote:I made a little card board cover that I tape down over my screen. Make sure whatever you craft is black- preferably flat black. If you make it out of white cardboard it will reflect the light back at the screen and not achieve the desired effect.
