9 pin mini din link M3 to Radias?
Is the 9pin mini-din SKU 500475103752 only for the keyboard to M3 (and keyboard to Radias), or can it also be used as a link from M3 to Radias (rather than getting the Radias-EXB)?

That cable is for keyboard connection only. It is not for a direct link between RADIAS and M3.
I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish but you could connect them using the standard MIDI DIN connectors if all you need is MIDI communication between the two.
One big advantage with the EXB-RADIAS is you get a much more integrated setup. The advantage of the RADIAS is the control surface.
