|

I have my Hammond XB2 Organ connected to the midi out of the Pa1Xpro, which plays fine. I am in Style Play and when I touch any of the four Single Touch settings on the Pa1Xpro, the preset also changes on the XB2 Organ. Is there a way to change the midi channel for the Single Touch Settings so not to have the Pa1Xpro change the preset on the XB2 Organ? |

Hi,
Maybe it is possible to disable program changes from being transmitted via the MIDI Out ? This option should be somewhere in the Global -> Midi options. When you find it, please post an update?
Cheers,

I found a work around. On the Hammond XB-2, that is connected to the midi out of the Pa1Xpro, I had to go into settings and turn ON the PROGNO (Program Number Filter) to disables the preset changing when selecting the "Single Touch Settings" buttons on the PA1Xpro.
There still should be a way to disable that on the Pa1Xpro if your using it as a midi controller and also using the sounds in the Pa1Xpro. |

The STS on the PA1X dont have different MIDI channel each, they are all
based on the MIDI channel for the UPPERS, just dissable MIDI PC on the PA1X. _________________ http://www.basaristudios.com

That worked, I changed the Midi Out Filter from Sys Excl to Prg Change.
I also had to change under Midi Out Channels the CH02, CH03 and CH04 to off.
The only problem I have now is when I turn the PA1Xpro on and play the Hammond XB-2 through the Pa1Xpro, the midi signal stops and the organ stops playing after a second or two. After 1 or 2 minutes it plays fine.
Any clue? |
