Are CF cards any faster at loading large samples than a USB stick?.
I'm thinking of getting a CF card but what are the advantages over a USB memory stick?

TE loads everything faster using CF card than a USB stick and can be used as a very handy internal HDD!!

just out of interest how long would it take to load the 20mb steinway piano from a CF card? It takes a fair while from a USB pen. _________________ ESKIMO WALK acoustic band

My 62MB set loads in just under 2 minutes. Thats with a Sandisk Ultra II 1.0GB CF. _________________ Korg PA2X Pro, Triton Extreme 61 & Yamaha DX-11 |
