When my studio was burglarized in 1993 and I had NO insurance coverage, the first keyboard I obtained to begin building the pieces was the Korg X3. To this day I believe that it was one of the friendliest boards and easy to get around on than most any other I have owned (sans the Trinity). In fact there were only two things that I enjoyed about the Trinity more than the X3: the touch screen and the filters.
You have done a good job of getting your ideas down from what I hear with only one workstation.
If you are interested in some X3 only songs I have done, I have two that are on my SoundClick page. They were done exclusively with the X3.
She - http://soundclick.com/share?songid=6214239
Tequila Lies - http://soundclick.com/share?songid=6214231 (tracked)
Wish you the best.

Thankyou for that Jon.
Yes they were all done on the X3 and nothing else. Recorded straight to the hard drive via line-in. You can actually here the sequencer straining to play some of the songs cos of the memory. It' cuts out the crashes.
Although i do have more korgs i do all my ideas on the X3 cos it's ace. I've just obtained an X2 so good times ahead cos now i can use that to experiment with voices.
I will listen to your tunes right now.

I listened to "Untitled002a." Nice job, especially considering it came straight from the X3.
I'm sort of the same way. All of my music comes straight from the Triton Extreme. After that, I just tweak it a bit with Adobe Audition.
Good job. _________________ Like my Facebook Page!

Thankyou octavarium.
All the tunes on my profile have been done using only the X3. I have nothing else to record with. With the execption of the M1 and X2, the 01W/fd does not as you may already know does not store sequences.
I'm thinking of getting a lappy and using cubase in the near future. _________________ Blah di blah blah |
